Refunds & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the unworn item within 30 days of delivery for a refund (minus shipping). Items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, and ready for another survivor to take on the wild. Email sgtvshop@gmail.com to process your return/refund.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item. Can I exchange it?
Yes! Simply return the unworn item within 30 days, include a copy of your invoice, and let us know which size or item you’d like instead. We’ll cover the shipping back to you—because in survival, adaptability is key. Email sgtvshop@gmail.com to process your exchange.
What if there is a defect in the product?
If your gear arrives defective, we’ll replace it at no additional cost. We’ll even provide a return label. Email sgtvshop@gmail.com to process your damaged/defective item exchange.
Damages & Lost Packages
What if my package is lost?
If your package is lost before it’s delivered, we’ll refund your money or resend your items. If the package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, you’ll need to file a claim with the carrier—once it’s out in the wild, we’re no longer responsible. Contact us at sgtvshop@gmail.com for help.
What if my item arrives damaged?
We’ve got you covered. Email sgtvshop@gmail.com to contact us immediately, and we’ll arrange a replacement with a return label for the damaged item.
Shipping
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We aim to ship within 48 hours. Orders are sent via USPS and typically take 5-10 business days to reach you. You’ll get a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking number once it ships. Please allow a 24-hour delay depending on our schedule—we’re always on the move.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer international shipping at a standard flat rate. If you need a tracking number, contact us at sgtvshop@gmail.com to arrange it.

How do the shirts fit?
Our shirts run true to size and are preshrunk—so they’re ready for action right out of the package.
Do you print your own shirts?
We work with a trusted partner with over 15 years of experience to ensure high-quality, durable prints—because survival gear should last.
Can I suggest a design?
We’re always open to new ideas. If you’ve got a concept that fits the Survival Games mindset, send it our way! Reach out at sgtvshop@gmail.com with your designs or inspiration.
What if my size is sold out?
If a size isn’t listed in the dropdown menu, that means it’s currently sold out—and once it’s gone, it may not come back. Keep an eye out for restocks and new drops!
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) as well as PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to complete your order.

What is Survival Games?
Survival Games is the ultimate test of endurance, strategy, and resilience—where randomly chosen survivors compete in extreme environments for cash prizes. Beyond the competition, we also run Surviving Faith, a mini-series dedicated to teaching survival skills while guiding participants closer to Christ.
Do you do limited drops?
Yes! Our store features seasonal drops, exclusive merch, and limited-edition releases—once they’re gone, they’re gone. Stay ready.
